INFORMATION + FAQ
TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING DATE
To secure your wedding date with Emily Koontz Photo, a $1000 non-refundable retainer must be made (cost goes towards total investment.) A signed wedding contract is included with the retainer. This will guarantee your wedding date is secure!
METHODS OF PAYMENT
All pricing and products are subject to State Sales Taxes. Credit cards are acceptable only to pay the retainer fee and are subjected to a 3% processing fee. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or check made out to Emily KoontzPhoto. Final balances are due 30 days before your wedding date.

Sometimes a wedding day can require me to be in multiple places at the same time. While my extremely smart husband has yet to crack the code of teleportation, the next best option is to hire an additional photographer. Additional photographers can be added to any wedding collection for a flat rate of $1,000.
REHEARSAL DINNER
I love celebrating every moment with you on your wedding weekend, including the rehearsal dinner. Three hours of rehearsal dinner coverage can be added to any wedding collection for a flat rate of $1000 + sales tax.
TRAVEL COSTS
Travel costs include gas and lodging outside of a 40 mile radius from Lubbock, TX, and will be a flat rate of $500. If the event is taking place in Lubbock, there is no added travel cost. If the event is two hours from Lubbock, no lodging is required. For locations outside of Texas, special discounts may be applied! Just ask!
